Suggested Use: Take 2 Level Teaspoons, 1 or more times daily, in 4 to 6 ounces of fruit juice or water. DO NOT take with meals. Take at least 1 hour before and/or after meals.

To Ionic Mineralize and Alkalinize your drinking water to about a 7.5 pH, add 1/2 level teaspoon to 24 oz of purified water or 1 level Tablespoons to 1 gallon of purified water. You may add more or less, depending on the alkaline pH and ionic mineral content that you desire or works best for you.
