The Amazing PFL Tonic
Very Affordable - Make It Yourself for Only About $8 per Gallon!
Serving Size: Pour 16 ounces of the PFL Tonic into your PFL Shaker cup and carry it with you.
When you are ready to drink it, drink about 4 ounces every 5 to 10 minutes but, drink it within 30 minutes. Your serving doesn’t have to be kept refrigerated.
(Note: the flavor is very pleasant and like a slightly flat Cola with cinnamon.)
IMPORTANT: The blending method below, is the fastest and surest way to prevent a foaming mess. Also, ingredient modifications, that you may choose to make, will alter the taste, reaction and performance of a recipe that you may revise.

Clear Graduated Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoons
Small rubber Spatula scraper
2 1/2 Gallon mixing tub
Large funnel (optional)
1. Into the mixing tub, add 3 quarts (96 oz) of PFL Water or purified water. Then, add 2 Tbsp. of Baking Soda and 2 Tbsp. of PFL's The Alkalinizer. Mix with a Wire Whisk until dissolved.

3. In a cup, add 2 Tbsp. of water, then add 1/4 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper and 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon powder. Slowly mix until ALL of the powder is well wetted and then add to the above mixture. (Note: This will make the powder mix faster and easier.) Mix until all is well blended.
4. Now, add 2 cups (16 oz) of Organic Aloe Vera Juice and mix.
5. (NOTE: if you don't use a 1 1/2 gallon or larger sized container, to do this final mixing step, you will have to VERY slowly add the following ingredients or it will foam up and make a mess.)
While stirring, add 1/2 cup of Organic, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother” and 1/2 cup of fresh Lime or Lemon Juice.
6. Now, using the funnel, pour the mixture into your gallon storage container, close tightly and Refrigerate. Always shake or stir well before serving and/or drinking.

Ingredients, Recipe Modifications, Notes, and Cautions
Ingredients - Most of the ingredients that you will need can be found in either the Health Food section of your local grocer, at a Health Food or Vitamin store, or at a Sam's or similar type of store. If you ask the store Manager, they will probably bring the product in for you in quart and/or gallon sizes, for even a better savings to you.
Organic Aloe Vera Juice - Obviously, organic is the healthier choice and can be found, by the gallon, in a variety of Health Food and local Grocery stores. (The cost is around $8 per gallon at Sam's.)
Honey - It is important that the Honey is Raw and from Local bees! Just because it says it's All Natural, doesn't mean that it hasn't been over-filtered, over-heated or diluted, which destroys the important benefits you are looking for! Processed Honey will not offer many more benefits than using it as a sweetener. The Honey we recommend is more expensive but, it gives you what you want.
NOTE: If you are alergic to Honey, Diabetic and/or using the PFL Tonic for Weight Loss, you may want to substitute the Honey for more Molasses, Aloe Vera or water.
Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses - For the ultimate health benefits, you should use "Unsulphured". There are several brands but, look for one that has at least 20% Iron content. The least expensive brand that I have found is Brer Rabbit. For more information on the health benefits of Blackstrap Molasses, click on - World's Healthiest Foods
Raw Organic Un-Filtered Apple Cider Vinegar - It is absolutely necessary that you do NOT use the clear, filtered vinegar. The proper type of vinegar will be cloudy and have sediment on the bottom of the bottle. This cloudiness is called the "Mother". This is natural component in the raw vinegar that makes it work so well! I have found that the Spectrum and Bragg's brands are the easiest to find, in quart bottles.
Lime or Lemon Juice - You may use either Lime or Lemon, my taste prefers the lime. If you have a juicer and can juice the whole lime or lemon, that is the best choice. Second choice is hand squeezing, next is Fresh Frozen Juice - Minute Maid makes a frozen lemon juice with no additives. The last alternative is bottled juice.
Cinnamon - Some people don't like cinnamon and have asked for a modification. It is a very important component for Weight Loss and offers numerous other health benefits. But, if you can't stand it and if you can handle a spicier tonic, then increase the Cayenne pepper, as much as double. For more information, click on - 10 Health Benefits of Cinnamon
CAUTION: Do NOT drink the Tonic 1 hour before or until 1 hour after eating and/or taking ProBiotics 7x10 or VLN, it may cause the Pro-Biotics in the formulas to be ineffective.
